 An experienced entrepreneur and an accomplished manager, Mr. Eliash has vast experience in leading companies. Prior to his current position as CEO of Naiot Technology Incubator, Mr. Eliash served as CEO of Naiot's portfolio company, EZsurgical. He led the company through seed and round A financing as well as penetration into the U.S market and commercialization of its first product.
In 2000 he founded and lead Keshet E.C. - an investment company focusing on the medical field. As Keshet's CEO, Mr. Eliash led the foundation of the first private Israeli Medical School in cooperation with top-tier European and U.S. medical schools, where he planned and promoted the company initiatives for establishment of private surgical centers in Eastern Europe. He served as a consultant to a leading Eastern European pension fund, for which he created a plan for insurance-based medical services.

Noam Kaiser leads Naiot's screening process for IT and Web companies.
Mr. Kaiser's responsibilities include establishing the business strategies and tactics of the portfolio companies during the early stages of product development and commercialization.
Prior to joining Naiot, he held management and business development positions at Yes DBS Satellite Services Ltd. Mr. Kaiser holds both a B.A. in Business Administration and an LL.B. from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. |

Moshe Litvin is currently VP of Engineering at Altor Networks.
Prior to joining Altor Networks he worked for Check Point Software Technology, where he served for ten years in various R&D positions. In his last position, Moshe was Chief Architect and prior to that he led development of VPN-1 - Check Point's flagship product.
Before that Moshe was an officer in the technology unit of the Israeli Defense Forces Intelligence Corp.
Moshe received his B.S. in Mathematics and Science while still in high school, and his M.S. in Mathematics Cum Laude from the Herbrew University in Jerusalem. |

Danny Ogen is an experienced developer of hardware and software applications in both military and health & wellness sectors. This includes blue-chip clients: IDF (Air Force) as Team Leader; IT Fitbug, UK web based company as Head of Development; GymIn as Head of Development.
Mr. Ogen holds an Electronics practical engineer degree from Amit College in Israel and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Mercy College in New York. |

Oren Segev is a master of execution and architecture, expertly producing successful products seemingly out of thin air. Until recently Mr. Segev managed the Web Security group in the product organization of Check Point Software Technologies, overseeing 16 professionals across 3 products. He led development of the Web Application firewall from conception through all stages of execution, including requirement gathering, product definition and implementation.
Prior to this role Mr. Segev was the principal R&D leader and architect of the SSL Network Extender, from the birth of the concept and architecture through managing the development team to successful integration and launch. Mr. Segev has also led the product team for Check Point's VPN Client, VPN Server, and VPN Kernel and performance areas.
Mr. Segev was a Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces in an elite engineering unit leading engineering teams in embedded electronic and IT infrastructure projects.
Mr. Segev holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the Technion, the Israeli Institute of Technology. |
